Founded within the last five years; start tier: a digital-native tech startup with a working MVP, a clear business model and plans to raise venture funding; not yet received Google Cloud credits beyond the free trial.

• Start tier: a digital-native tech startup with a working MVP, a clear business model and plans to raise venture funding; not yet received Google Cloud credits beyond the free trial
• Scale tier: Pre-Seed or Seed raised within the last 5 years, or Series A within the last 12 months, from institutional investors or VCs
• SAFEs qualify, as do verifiable token raises and blockchain foundation grants
• Not yet received more than $5,000 in Google Cloud credits
• Stealth startups accepted once funding is verified

Exclusions

• Private equity, government innovation grants, prize money, crowdfunding, angel and friends-and-family funding do not qualify for Scale. The company domain must not have had a paid Google Workspace plan within 31 days of applying. Third-party models are billed separately and not covered.
